1. アプリ内で削除する (推奨)1. Delete from within the app (recommended)
お使いの端末に RokuGPX アプリがある場合は、アプリ内から削除できます。If you have the RokuGPX app installed, you can delete your account from within the app.
iOS: 画面上部のアカウントアイコン → 「アカウントを削除」→ 2 段階の確認 (Apple サインインの場合は再認証)。iOS: Account icon at the top → "Delete Account" → confirm through the 2-step prompt (re-authentication for Sign in with Apple).
Android: 地図画面右上のアカウントアイコン → 「アカウントを削除」→ 2 段階の確認。Android: Account icon at the top right of the map → "Delete Account" → confirm through the 2-step prompt.

アプリを削除してしまった場合や、Web から削除したい場合は、下記からサインインして削除できます (Google またはメールアドレス)。If you have removed the app, or prefer to delete from the web, sign in below and delete your account (Google or email).
※ Apple ID でサインインした方は、Apple の仕様上 iOS アプリ内での削除が必要です (上記 1)。Note: If you signed in with Apple ID, deletion must be done from within the iOS app (section 1) due to Apple's requirements.

このアカウントは Apple ID でサインインしています。Apple の仕様により、Web からは削除できません。iOS アプリ内の「アカウントを削除」から削除してください (上記 1)。アプリがない場合は、iOS 端末に再インストールしてから削除するか、[email protected] へご依頼ください。This account is signed in with Apple ID. アカウントと以下のデータがすべて完全に削除されます: 認証情報・メール、ルート・ウェイポイント・トリップ、GPS 記録、ウェイポイント写真。Your account and all of the following will be permanently deleted: authentication info and email, routes, waypoints, trips, GPS records, and waypoint photos.
続けるには 削除 と入力してください。To continue, type DELETE.
3. その他の削除方法3. Other ways to delete
アプリを再インストール → サインイン → アプリ内で削除。Reinstall the app → sign in → delete from within the app.
上記が難しい場合は、登録したメールアドレスから[email protected] へ削除をご依頼ください。本人確認の上で当社が削除を実行します。If the above is difficult, request deletion from [email protected]using your registered email address. We will delete your account after verifying your identity.
4. 削除されるデータ4. What gets deleted
アカウント削除により、当社サーバーおよびクラウドストレージ上の以下のデータがすべて完全に削除されます。Deleting your account permanently removes all of the following data from our servers and cloud storage:
アカウント・認証情報 (メールアドレス、Apple/Google 連携)。Apple 連携は解除されます。Account and authentication info (email, Apple/Google links). Apple links are revoked.
ルート、ウェイポイント、トリップなどの同期データ。Synced data such as routes, waypoints, and trips.
GPS 記録 (走行ログ)。GPS records (track logs).
ウェイポイントに添付した写真 (クラウド保存分)。Photos attached to waypoints (stored in the cloud).
事前登録 (waitlist) に使用したメールアドレス。The email used for the waitlist (pre-registration), if any.
端末内にのみ保存されたローカルデータは、アプリを削除すると端末から消えます。削除は取り消せません。Local data stored only on your device is removed when you delete the app. Deletion cannot be undone.
