アカウントを削除するには?
How do I delete my account?
アプリ内のアカウントアイコンから「アカウントを削除」を選択し、2 段階の確認を経て削除できます。削除するとすべてのデータが完全に消去され、復元できません。アプリを削除した場合や Web からの削除・削除依頼は アカウント削除ページ をご覧ください。
You can delete your account from the account icon within the app by selecting "Delete Account" and confirming through the 2-stage prompt. Deletion permanently erases all data and cannot be undone. If you have removed the app, or wish to delete or request deletion from the web, see our Account Deletion page.
クラウド同期が動作しません
Cloud sync is not working
サインイン状態とネットワーク接続をご確認ください。オフライン時に記録したデータは、オンライン復帰時に自動的に同期されます。
Please check your sign-in status and network connection. Data recorded while offline is automatically synced when you return online.
GPS 記録が保存されませんでした
My GPS recording was not saved
GPS 信号を受信できない環境(屋内など)では記録が保存されない場合があります。屋外で十分な GPS 信号を受信できる状態で記録してください。
Recordings may not be saved in environments where GPS signals cannot be received (such as indoors). Please record where you can receive sufficient GPS signals outdoors.

How do I use maps offline?
アプリの「キャッシュ」タブから、地図エリアを事前にダウンロードできます。ダウンロード済みのエリアは、設定のオフライン地図の管理から確認・削除できます。ブラウザ版の手順は Web版ヘルプ をご覧ください。
You can pre-download map areas from the "Cache" tab in the app. Downloaded areas can be reviewed and deleted from Offline Map Management in the Settings tab. For the browser version, see the Web Help.
