Magic Wand, Inc.(以下「当社」)は、RokuGPX(以下「本アプリ」)におけるユーザーの個人情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。 Magic Wand, Inc. ("we", "us") sets forth this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of user personal information in RokuGPX ("the App").

1. 収集する情報1. Information We Collect

本アプリは、以下の情報を収集します。 The App collects the following information:

• 位置情報: GPS による現在地表示およびルート記録のために使用します。位置情報は端末内に保存されるほか、クラウド同期機能を有効にした場合は当社のサーバー(Supabase)に保存されます。 Location data: Used for displaying your current position via GPS and recording routes. Location data is stored on your device and, if cloud sync is enabled, on our servers (Supabase).
• 写真: ウェイポイントに添付する写真の撮影・選択のために使用します。写真はクラウド(Supabase)に保存されます。 Photos: Used for capturing and selecting photos attached to waypoints. Photos are stored in the cloud (Supabase).
• メールアドレス: アカウント認証(Apple/Google/メールOTP)のために使用します。 Email address: Used for account authentication (Apple / Google / Email OTP).
• ユーザーID: クラウド同期の識別子として使用します。 User ID: Used as an identifier for cloud sync.
• その他のユーザーコンテンツ: 記録したルート、ウェイポイント、トリップなどのデータをクラウド同期のために保存します。 Other user content: Routes, waypoints, and trips you record are stored for cloud sync.

これらの情報はすべて本アプリの機能提供のためにのみ使用され、広告・トラッキング目的では使用しません。 All of this information is used solely to provide the App's functionality and is never used for advertising or tracking purposes.

2. 第三者サービス2. Third-Party Services

本アプリは以下の第三者サービスを利用します。 The App uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase: クラウド同期(認証・データ保存) Supabase: Cloud sync (authentication and data storage)
• Google Sign-In: Google アカウントによる認証 Google Sign-In: Authentication via Google account
• Apple Sign In: Apple ID による認証 Sign in with Apple: Authentication via Apple ID
• 地図タイル提供: 国土地理院、OpenStreetMap、Mapbox Map tile providers: GSI (Geospatial Information Authority of Japan), OpenStreetMap, Mapbox

3. データの保存場所3. Data Storage Location

ユーザーデータは当社が管理するサーバー(東京リージョン)および Supabase のインフラストラクチャに保存されます。 User data is stored on servers managed by us (Tokyo region) and on Supabase infrastructure.

4. データの保持期間4. Data Retention

ユーザーデータはアカウントが有効である限り保持されます。アカウントを削除した場合、関連するすべてのデータ(ルート、ウェイポイント、写真、トリップ、認証情報)は速やかに削除されます。 User data is retained as long as the account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data (routes, waypoints, photos, trips, authentication information) is promptly deleted.

5. アカウントの削除5. Account Deletion

ユーザーは本アプリ内の「アカウント」メニューから、いつでもアカウントを削除できます。アカウント削除により、当社サーバーおよびクラウドストレージ上のすべての個人データが完全に削除されます。この操作は取り消すことができません。 You can delete your account at any time from the "Account" menu within the App. Account deletion permanently removes all personal data on our servers and cloud storage. This action cannot be undone.

Apple ID でサインインしている場合、アカウント削除時に Apple との連携も解除されます。 If you signed in with Apple ID, the connection with Apple is also revoked upon account deletion.

6. データの第三者提供6. Disclosure to Third Parties

当社は、法令に基づく場合を除き、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に提供しません。 We do not disclose your personal information to third parties except as required by law.
