Magic Wand, Inc.(以下「当社」)は、RokuGPX に関するユーザーの個人情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。本ポリシーは、アプリ(iOS / Android / Web アプリ app.rokugpx.com。以下「本アプリ」)と、当社の Web サイト(rokugpx.com。以下「本サイト」)の両方を対象とします。
Magic Wand, Inc. ("we", "us") sets forth this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of user personal information in connection with RokuGPX. This policy applies both to our applications (iOS, Android, and the web app at app.rokugpx.com; "the App") and to our website (rokugpx.com; "the Site").
1. 収集する情報1. Information We Collect

位置情報: GPS による現在地表示およびルート記録のために使用します。GPS 記録中は、記録の開始から停止までバックグラウンドでも位置情報を取得します。Android では、この記録をアプリが前面に無い間も継続するためにフォアグラウンドサービスを使用し、記録中は通知領域に記録中である旨の通知を常時表示します。通知は記録を停止すると消えます。位置情報は端末内に保存されるほか、クラウド同期機能を有効にした場合は当社のサーバー(Supabase)に保存されます。
Location data: Used for displaying your current position via GPS and recording routes. During GPS recording, location is collected in the background from the start until the stop of recording. On Android, we use a foreground service to keep that recording running while the app is not in the foreground, and a persistent notification is shown for the whole time recording is active. The notification disappears when you stop recording. Location data is stored on your device and, if cloud sync is enabled, on our servers (Supabase).

地図の表示・経路探索・標高の取得・地名/施設検索・天気予報のため、位置・座標や検索語を下記「2. 第三者サービス」の各提供先へ都度送信します。
To display maps, compute routes, obtain elevation, search place/facility names, and fetch weather, your location, coordinates, or search terms are transmitted as needed to the providers listed in "2. Third-Party Services" below.
1-B. 本サイト(rokugpx.com)では、フォームに入力して送信していただいた場合に限り、以下の情報を収集します。閲覧しているだけでは収集しません。
1-B. The Site (rokugpx.com) collects the following information only when you fill in and submit a form. Merely browsing the Site collects none of it.

Android 版の事前登録: メールアドレスを収集し、当社のサーバー(Supabase)に、登録日時および対象プラットフォームの区別とともに保存します。Android 版の公開をお知らせするためにのみ使用します。事前登録はアカウントの作成を伴いません。
Android pre-registration: we collect your email address and store it on our servers (Supabase) together with the date of registration and which platform it is for. It is used solely to notify you when the Android version is released. Pre-registration does not create an account.

お問い合わせフォーム: お名前(任意)・メールアドレス・お問い合わせの内容と、送信時にブラウザから自動的に送られる情報(ブラウザの種類を示す User-Agent、言語設定)、および送信日時を、当社のサーバー(Supabase)に保存します。お問い合わせへの対応のためにのみ使用します。
Contact form: we store your name (optional), email address, and the content of your inquiry, along with information your browser sends automatically on submission (the User-Agent string identifying your browser, and your language setting) and the date of submission, on our servers (Supabase). This is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
本サイトは、アクセス解析ツール(Google Analytics 等)を設置しておらず、追跡目的の Cookie も使用しません。ただし本サイトの表示には Google Fonts を利用しており、フォントの読み込みの際に、お使いのブラウザから Google に IP アドレス等の通信情報が送信されます。
The Site does not use any analytics tool (such as Google Analytics), and sets no tracking cookies. However, the Site loads Google Fonts, so when fonts are fetched your browser transmits connection information such as your IP address to Google.
1-A・1-B のいずれの情報も、上記の目的のためにのみ使用し、広告・トラッキング目的では使用しません。
All information described in 1-A and 1-B is used solely for the purposes stated above, and never for advertising or tracking purposes.

当社バックエンド(Oracle Cloud、api/route/search/map.rokugpx.com): 経路探索・施設検索・標高・地図配信のため、座標を送信して結果を取得します。
Our backend (Oracle Cloud; api/route/search/map.rokugpx.com): coordinates are sent to compute routes, search facilities, obtain elevation, and serve map data.

オンサイトビュー(Mapillary): 撮影地点の画像を表示するため、座標と表示の要求を Mapillary(Meta Platforms Ireland Limited)へ送信します。Web 版で利用でき、iOS 版では次回更新以降に利用できます。送信するのは画像を開いたときだけで、地図の表示や撮影範囲の重ね合わせでは送信しません(撮影範囲は当社のサーバーから配信しています)。
Onsite View (Mapillary): to display imagery for a location, coordinates and the view request are sent to Mapillary (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited). Available in the web app, and in the iOS app from the next update. This is sent only when you open the imagery — not when the map or the coverage overlay is drawn (coverage tiles are served from our own servers).

unpkg (iOS app, from the next update only): the Onsite View viewer's program is fetched from its distribution host; your device transmits connection information when it is fetched.

Resend(本サイトのお問い合わせフォームのみ): フォームに入力された内容(返信先メールアドレス、お名前、本文)を当社の問い合わせ窓口へメールで届けるため、および受け付けた旨の自動返信をお送りするため、Resend(Resend, Inc.)の送信基盤を経由します。送信するのはフォームを送信したときだけです。当社はこの内容を自社のデータベースに保存しませんが、送信の記録は Resend 側に一定期間保持されます(当社の側で保持期間を設定することはできません)。
Resend (the contact form on the Site only): what you enter in the form (your reply address, your name, and your message) is sent through the delivery infrastructure of Resend (Resend, Inc.) in order to reach our inquiry mailbox, and to send you an automatic acknowledgement. This happens only when you submit the form. We do not store this content in our own database, but a record of the delivery is retained by Resend for a period of time (we are not able to configure that retention period).

Cloudflare Turnstile(本サイトのお問い合わせフォームのみ): 自動化された大量送信を防ぐため、フォームの表示時および送信時に Cloudflare(Cloudflare, Inc.)へ通信情報が送信されます。
Cloudflare Turnstile (the contact form on the Site only): to prevent automated bulk submissions, your browser transmits connection information to Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.) when the form is displayed and when it is submitted.
3. データの保存場所3. Data Storage Location
ユーザーデータ、および本サイトの事前登録フォームから送信された情報は、当社が管理するサーバー(東京リージョン)および Supabase のインフラストラクチャに保存されます。
User data, and information submitted through the pre-registration form on the Site, are stored on servers managed by us (Tokyo region) and on Supabase infrastructure.
お問い合わせフォームから送信された内容は、これとは異なります。当社のデータベースには保存せず、メールとして当社の問い合わせ窓口([email protected])に届き、以後はその受信箱に残ります。配信の経路については「2. 第三者サービス」の Resend の項をご覧ください。
Content submitted through the contact form is handled differently: it is not stored in our database. It is delivered as email to our inquiry mailbox ([email protected]) and remains in that mailbox thereafter. For the delivery path, see the Resend entry in "2. Third-Party Services".
4. データの保持期間4. Data Retention
アカウントに紐づくデータは、アカウントが有効である限り保持されます。アカウントを削除した場合、関連するデータ(ルート、ウェイポイント、写真、トリップ、認証情報)は速やかに削除されます。
Data associated with an account is retained as long as the account is active. When you delete your account, the associated data (routes, waypoints, photos, trips, authentication information) is promptly deleted.
本サイトのフォームから送信された情報(事前登録のメールアドレス、お問い合わせの内容)は、アカウントをお持ちかどうかにかかわらず保持されます。これらについて、当社は保持期間の上限を定めていません。削除をご希望の場合は、下記「7. お問い合わせ」の窓口までご連絡ください。ご本人からのご依頼であることを確認したうえで削除します。
Information submitted through the forms on the Site (pre-registration email addresses and the content of inquiries) is retained regardless of whether you hold an account. We have not set a maximum retention period for this information. If you wish to have it deleted, please contact us using the channel in "7. Contact" below; we will delete it once we have confirmed the request comes from you.
5. アカウントの削除5. Account Deletion
ユーザーは、iOS 版・Android 版アプリのアカウントアイコンから「アカウントを削除」を選び、2 段階の確認を経て、いつでもアカウントを削除できます(Web アプリにこの操作はありません)。アカウント削除により、アカウントに紐づくデータ(ルート、ウェイポイント、写真、トリップ、認証情報)が当社サーバーおよびクラウドストレージから完全に削除されます。あわせて、そのアカウントのメールアドレス(連携している Apple / Google のメールアドレスを含みます)と一致する事前登録の記録も削除されます。この操作は取り消すことができません。
In the iOS and Android apps, you can delete your account at any time by tapping the account icon, choosing "Delete Account", and passing two confirmation steps (the web app has no such control). Account deletion permanently removes the data associated with that account (routes, waypoints, photos, trips, authentication information) from our servers and cloud storage. It also deletes any pre-registration record whose email address matches that of the account (including the email addresses of linked Apple / Google identities). This action cannot be undone.
お問い合わせフォームから送信された内容は、アカウントとは別に保管しているため、アカウントの削除では削除されません。削除をご希望の場合は、下記「7. お問い合わせ」の窓口までご連絡ください。
The content of inquiries submitted through the contact form is stored separately from accounts and is therefore not removed by account deletion. If you wish to have it deleted, please contact us using the channel in "7. Contact" below.
Apple ID でサインインしている場合、アカウント削除時に Apple との連携も解除されます。
If you signed in with Apple ID, the connection with Apple is also revoked upon account deletion.

6. データの第三者提供6. Disclosure to Third Parties
当社は、法令に基づく場合を除き、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に提供しません。
We do not disclose your personal information to third parties except as required by law.
